I think that pphmp deal is good. Might buy me 1000 share so I can convert at 8.3 and get me 25.000 shares of common. $25 x 1000s = $25,000 / 25,000 common = $1 per share and I can collect 10.5% while I wait.

You math doesn't add up.

Cost of 1,000 PPHMP Shares:
$25 x 1,000 = $25,000

1,000 PPHMP Conversion is 8.33 Common Per PPHMP Share:
1,000 x 8.33 = 8,330 Common Shares

So how are you getting 25,000 Common Shares? or the $1 per share?
