do have a feeling it's at least just about time; we already had plenty of assets in region, and I think we've had plenty of time to make positioning/logistical adjustments; and whatever the merits of lack of same, Congress is gone, so that level's gone as a factor -- also have a feeling that whenever this next phase does commence, at least for some initial period it may be a bit more intense than many might have been expecting; there are some significant targets to be had in Syria
