How about it's called "Fuckin' with the weather,... intentionally?"

I believe they are TRYING to dry up the western states to facilitate the Agenda 21 migration eastward. I've seen where they are KILLING the thunderstorms building over the Pacific. Rat bastards know no end to their malicious evil.
