You can't short, and neither is the company. It is simple dilution, and I'm taking the opportunity to buy some of that dilution. That's the only way to get shares. Shares bought months ago are few and lost too much value. So no sense in selling those. Only takes a few buyers, because at this price, and only a few million that will be diluted, the dollar amount to invest now is very minimal that pushes this much higher. Once the dilution dries, this will retest .50, and who knows from there. All depends on how many eyes start to see the incredibly low share structure. 30 mil market cap is very common on companies that have nothing. It gets there and the company shows that they actually have the goods (no, I'm not holding my breath but the possibility is there) then the gains would be historical for any taking the risk. Or...I lose. It is a penny stock at the end of the day. Most lose, and some make millions.
