Response Pickett non specific. Essentially he states that it is against sec rules to give out guidance. Currently per s1 co has 300k odd some cash but at this juncture seems as though you just have to place your bet that Pickett is or is not able meet mission to raise necessary funding to comply with demands funding.

My take I don't see Pickett getting this far, putting this much into development and inability to meet standards of financing when everything is this close. Sorry gentlemen I was hoping I could provide solid information settle ongoing debate. My money is on Pickett finds way raise necessary funds and nat standard makes their choice. Holding
