“New to the Street” schedule shows expanded market! The shows schedule information also displays the station "WPXN" in addition to mention of ION TV in the PR... http://finance.yahoo.com/news/street-television-announces-air-dates-194500842.html being previously mentioned that might help some! I have ION TV on Comcast so not sure of the difference between ION TV and WPXN. I'm not in any of the markets shown. "WPXN" sounds like a local affiliate! Anyone that lives in NY, Chicago and Los Angeles have a chance to check this out?

The latest show will be aired on IONs Top three markets in NY on 09/22 at 7:00am, in Chicago on 09/23 at 9:00 am and in Los Angeles on 09/23 at 7:00 am.

However, if there was an error in the communication or the network has expanded since the PR, here is a list of the other cities shown on their website!

To answer your question staynafloat, not sure. Best bet would be to call your provider and give them the related information including the reference to ION TV and WPXN or search their website for channel listings and schedules.
