Yes, I've ordered Livewire Chews maybe 7 or 8 times, and NEVER had one come in melted or frozen.... Attacking the product quality is just reaching for something to attack with, imo...

One time I left a 4 pak in the car on a summer day, and when I got back in the car, they were indeed melted... Probably about 140 degrees in there then... Took the box of chews, threw it in the fridge for about 15 minutes, and when I opened one to try, peeled right out of the foil, and tasted like it had just been made!
