He is clearly implying that the FDA, DSMB, Elite Doctors, and Elite Clinics, all seriously violated the Trial's inclusion protocol of NO BETTER than 20/400 vision in the untreated eye for the Cowboy. JMY is further implying that ALL of the ophthalmologists with their AMD and SMD patients clearly lack judgement and that simple cataract removal is THE answer. Simply amazing that the USA and UK ophthalmologists do not have the skills to diagnose cataracts and recommend removal for their patients.
