There are so many red flags that most want to ignore because they are more interested in flipping the stock or are just to blinded of becoming penny stock billionaires.
Explain to me how the company can have a stock holder updating their websites,Facebook, and YouTube pages with information that could and did effect the share price BEFORE the rest of the general investors? On top of that have management deny they know who is updating the pages.
The turning point for me was the release of LVVV's hemp field pictures. The general public was to believe those were the actual fields LVVV will be using.
Not that any of that really matters because every positive PR that was released resulted in a declining share price.
Things are so bad in my opinion I am distancing myself with anything to do with this company.
If Jason goes on with the lawsuit against the company...that's just icing on the cake.
Add in the fresh round of debt coming due. Less and less Vitamin Shoppes reordering...and many PR's that still haven't panned out...little or no money on hand...increasing authorized shares..
Best of Luck......and GO LVVV.....I'm LVVV'n what I am seeing.
