I sincerely hope whomever you talked to is just not in the loop, or not willing to share their plans, which would be smart, and maybe illegal if they disclosed them to you and not in an 8-K - because the FDA is likely waiting for AMRN to tell them whether they are going to appeal higher or not before they announce a date for the PDUFA. In fact I cannot see how that's not the case.
