But I do offer solutions. I have repeated this many times.

Way, way too many times!

Many long loyalists here have put in a tremendous amount of time and effort with letters, emails, phone calls, CP's, websites, etc to many FDA, Senate and other Government officials since ADCOM in the hopes of making a difference regarding the reinstatement of the SPA.

And we achieved what in regards to the SPA decision? Nothing! That effort was even better coordinated than what occurred after the ARNA CRL, a much wider group of supporters, plus the valiant efforts of the EPADI - still accomplished zippy in the end - got the story out there to the public a bit, but that was it. FDA had it's mind made up, was never going to change it - "this is a test case". - words to remember.

My solution is simple. Take all of that incredible hard work, and shift that focus to now getting AMRN management replaced. Those efforts should now be turned to the BOD, large institutions, both current and past, and any other "insiders" that have dealt with or currently have dealings with the company.

You claim you know or are part of the inside business world - for the most part, we here are not - do you really believe small retail individual shareholders could even get to the low/mid level buyers who make the actual decisions on a portfolio for each tute or fund? You wouldn't get anything more than a polite form letter if you're lucky.

For most on this board, the BOD is an excellent place to start. Emails, letters, phone calls should be made daily. This is a small biotech that is getting smaller by the day. There are many serious longs who are incredibly smart and collectively COULD make a difference.

For that to work, you need: Some seriously large individual shareholders to take part - a white knight or two, plus thousands of individuals to raise hell - once a person has made their views known they no longer have any further impact - continued complaining just gets you filed into the nutjob category, for good reason - that's harrassment. And how many people post/read this board? 50? A hundred? A drop in the bucket, not going to get anywhere even if every one of us complained - collectively, we don't own enough shares to matter.
