I remember when William fist trademarked "The Lung Cancer Test...The only place he used that mark or term was in the make believe Go Daddy web site...He even stated in his TM with the US Trademark Commission his fist use of the term...The funny thing is he never used the tm and not even one time for "The Lung Cancer Test" in his web site...Here is the other trademark that was abandoned by GenWay, a past partner of Radient..Check out the date on GENWAY BIOTECH, INC.[trademark (TM) application for "Ling Cancer Test".
