CPSS
I personally think was just a selloff due to underperformance of the microcap and smallcap stocks this week shown by the 2000 index. I also think that this is technical and once it broke $7 it was headed back to where the selloff sent it the last two times which in my opinion is from like $6.35-6.55 where it has bounced both times. No one say it will do it again.
But we have a company here with improving financial metrics on the quality from delinquencies and chargeoffs, etc, strong insider buying, good growth, earnings of .22 in q2 and I suspect we could see a .25 quarter in q3, which should push us up to $9-10 often there is a disconnect between the market and a specific stock. This is what provides us and opportunity to buy undervalued companies and if we buy a basket and do good DD we should win more then we lose, hence we make money. Could CPSS be a loser sure? CPSS is my 11th largest position in my portfolio FWIW. But I'm confident that I believe I will pick far more winners then losers over the long run, so I like CPSS chances to be a winner. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
