I see where Wayne C. Chang (a senior vice-president) bought 10,088 shares Tuesday at an average price of $4.96. He was one of the executives that dumped shares around $7 in early July just as SD began it's current slide.

So he bought more shares than he sold in July for approx. the same value ($50,000). Not exactly the biggest pile of potatoes in the world these guys move in, but it's the first purchase (not an award) of shares by an insider in 2014.
