When Livewire chews come in the mail in summer, they are usually melted in the box.
When Livewire chews come in Dec, Jan, Feb (at least on the East Coast and Northern states of America, you know, the OTHER SIDE of AMERICA which has THEE MOST POPULATED CITIES like NYC, Chicago, Boston, Philly) they are frozen cubes. Both major turnoffs.
If people try the chews for the first time in autumn when they are unwrapped under ideal circumstances (not too hot, not too cold) then they may get hooked on them and not be turned off when they buy the in the dead of summer/winter.
I'm sure this is what Bill was thinking all along...
um... yeah, that's it...
