I don't see how the 1 or 2 share trades
have manipulated the stock pps. Like I said earlier those
trades happened a few times(subpenny) PRIOR to the 1000+% run to .099.
Also those trades are not acknowledged as either a 'high or low'
of the day or on the chart. Note how the price has stayed above
the strike price of the warrant holders of .01 and .015, maybe they
aren't finished getting their investment out and may turn out
to be a 'gift' to the next level buyers.

So if the SEC looked at this trading anomaly they will see that
it happened BEFORE and AFTER the 1000+% run up and would have
NO grounds to 'halt' it.
