Why would they be indicted what crime did they commit?

If Steve were to be charged....could it have something to do with he Peter possibly cooking the ICPA/PNCH books? Possibly reporting falsified info to the CEO? Will Peter sing like a canary and throw Samblis under the Bus? Also what if any possibly investigation involves questioning Rev Joseph Collins? Did he submit any information to the SEC already.....? What about investors possibly submitting info to the SEC? Like maybe the infamous Stock Traders Talk radio interview where Steve clearly stated $192K per airport.... ;)
