Private CEO phone calls vs Public Transparency? Huh?

Is the CEO really reaching to the public with unannounced information?

I'm a skeptic as I said but if stating that verizon is working with them constitutes as insider info. Then I think he would have been charged already. The verizon logo was on there website (don't know if still is), and they where promoting them at not one but a few confrences. But as you said it would be nice to see some transparency.

If the CEO Kayode is reaching out to investors making private one one phone calls.....what is he saying to them? Is this CEO giving out Real information? Or just trying to plant rumors to move shares?

If this is true about his phone IMO it sounds a little odd. Why because they haven't been any Press Release in awhile. This was the last PR i could find from the company back in June 2014 http://www.marketwatch.com/story/vir2o-to-offer-free-music-service-vmaestro-2014-06-30
Are there any newer PR's from CEO or just one on one Phone calls? :(
