The news paper article says they are currently negotiating the purchase of the land for the site. Wonder what happened to them buying the site for 1 dollar? it also said the First order for the site is to get the engineering plans for getting city water to the site. If the don't even own the site nor have the engineering for getting water there yet wonder how on earth they think they will be breaking ground this year?
