The "real hush hush import license" makes no sense........

If you aren't on this list, you can't import. See TX-I-15282 And why wouldn't you want others in the industry to know who you are so you can work together? Any importer can import any product with proper approvals. That can be your only function. Others can distribute it, and they may not have an import license.

Which brings about another question. Who imported the "juice" Flavorman re-formulated?

OTR is not a licensed importer, but Core Imports still is, and still has the label approval for DZIAQ. Records for Besado are either somehow removed from COLA's, or simply do not exist.

Ross Graham was a principal in Core Imports and Core Groupe, which are both now revoked with FL for not filing, but registered as a foreign corp from GA and DE. Core Imports imported DZIAQ from Canada, and Core Groupe launched the brand.

‘We believe that consumers are demanding more innovation today and we believe that Dziaq Liqueur delivers. Giving consumers a pioneering low calorie liqueur alternative certainly resonates here in the Miami, Florida market and we strongly believe that this innovation will be embraced throughout the country,” said Ross Graham, Founder & CEO Core Groupe LLC.

The DZIAQ label was approved on 2/15/2008. I find NOTHING on Besado, and went back until 2000. A COLA search can be tricky, but for the life of me I cannot find anything.

So how did the "juice" get into the country? Tequila is from Mexico, or is suppose to be. Did it come in under a different label?

Ross was with Core and OTR going back 7 or 8 years, and they've passed the trademark names around. DZIAQ I've seen on shelves, but Besado is a great mystery, as is the UNKNOWN subsidiary that TSB supposedly "created" as a federally licensed importer.

The lauched DZIAQ, but never did launch Besado. It appears Core assigned the trademark to OTR, who assigned it to TSB.

What's in the bottle that's been INFUSED?

Somebody please SHOCK THE WORLD.......and tell us.

And while they are at it, explain why the DZIAQ label hasn't been transferred to the UNKNOWN subsidiary, and why Core Imports, not OTR, still hold the label approval.
