You are incorrect in your comments about "smart money". Take away Franklin selling for enormous profits as there entry point was in the $3.25 range there has been significant accumulation going on as of Q1 2014 funds and institutions was about $18-20M. If you go to Morningstar today this is now climbing towards $100M invested in NWBO with Institutions totaling $62M and Funds at $32M.

I will also bet Franklin will buy back in if they have not already adding to existing share count. Please sell as I am sure there will be plenty of buyers!
