15-12g filed but a merger can still happen! May take years, maybe not? Ticker symbols can trade as long as there is a bid.
Some other company can even roll into the shell for a lot cheaper than it would cost to start their own ticker.
Big money can still be made just holding and hoping on this one-
A lpt of things can still happen here, all in my opinion.
