What is the FMV for APDN?

While most of the long investors are expressing disappointment of the current pps for APDN, nobody seems to be writing about its Fair Market Value. Who amongst us has a valuation scheme that projects value at X or Y or Z? Who can demonstrate a mathematical model that can show that 10 cents is undervalued?

When the stock was at 11 cents around 8/13/14, Grant Zeng from Zachs opined that the 12 month target price was 25 cents. He writes: "We apply a P/E of 45x to our estimated EPS of $0.01 in fiscal 2020, discounted at 20% for 5 years, we get our price target of $0.25 per share." Frankly, I am not astute enough to fully understand his model and therefore have no means to accredit or discredit it. Moreover, it is a one-year prediction and doesn't tell me if the today's pps is at a fair price.

There is a lot of frustration here. Conspiracy theories of manipulation, shorting, Insider selling, etc. are pervasive. However, nobody is articulating a legitimate value for this stock. Rather than carping that we longs are being victimized by powerful outside forces, can anybody tell me what he/she thinks is the FMV for APDN and WHY? I welcome anybody's views on this topic and hope that someone will come forth with his/her valuation scheme so that we can discuss it and attempt to objectify valuation instead of simply complaining about the pps.

TIA for anyone willing to step forward and sticking his/her neck out on this topic. GLTA longs!
