None of that has anything to do with anything. Clearvideo is not VDK anything. Its another codec that Iterated was letting anyone and everyone play with then they sold it to EnXnet:

Iterated also gave a copy to DFMI but it is a non-fractal video codec, not comparable to the VDK 2.0 rights now owned by Dimension.

Remember, all the licenses Iterated TRIED to work out for tmm from 1992-1996 were for the early VDK codecs. Trying to purposely confuse the issue doesn't help.

As for Panik trying to help tmm, he was constantly trying to do that up till 2001, when Fernandez proved it was a total waste of time to even try. Things have not changed much.
