I'm drinking but going to give it to you straight.First you talking about 2 different companies.

Most important is Pfizer its defense screwed us all without any doubt and payback is coming.They are worried regarding the outcome/fallout!

Dr.Chain is a great scientist but he knows chit about business,finance.He should have been the Chief Scientific Officer for Intellect not CEO.

The job of Chief Scientific Officer can vary from industry to industry, but generally speaking, the position requires that the person employed be the head of a research and development group, overseeing one or more research projects.

Maza is a financial wizard that's his business.He can not hold a candle to Chain regarding research imo but he is far ahead when it comes to numbers (Dollars) running the businees end.

I said in the summer of 2013 give me a conference room with all players on friday and by Monday we would have had a deal.We might have had bumps cuts and black eyes but it would have occured.

I also said major cuts had to occur in the summer of 2013 not just that little 2.1 million at .05 cents.

This was a bitter pill for several and they just about put the company into bankruptcy while Pfizer was pushing the pile and laughing.

So that pretty much sums it up.You now looking at a company with little if any debt and its going to be a very low SS with ongoings trials and ligation funds coming not to mention the milestones from Shire once this trial meets and exceeds imo.

It can only get better as far as I see it.Pfizer dam near destroyed us all and put the inside pack into a pucking mess for sometime but its healing now.

I be posting alot over the weekend and next week regarding the ligation and the false misleading statemment by the defense and outright lies they have told in filings and on the court record.

Pfizer is a Top tier pharma company even if they denied it regarding shapiros questions.

Future more If I were Intellect/Shapiro if I had not used Section 7 termination for cause or 7.2.1 I would have terminated this agreement long ago or after said 60 days payment due date.

That arrogant attorney would be surely yelling infridgement cause they sure in the hell would not have a license!
