Global Warmists are responding to the planet’s continuing cooling trend by predicting that global warming will cause colder and snowier winters.

You read that correctly. They have invented a great explanation for this. They call it Polar Vortex. Melting ice on the polar caps, caused by global warming, will cause air currents to bring cold air from the poles into non-polar regions.
