He supposedly is getting his "crew" the MSHA training as well, as a result of posts here on Ihub. Perhaps Joel should just throw himself on the mercy of his investors and admit that he knows nothing about mining. He could say that he just listened to some bad advice about "no permits needed".

On the other hand, with billions dumped, and more to come, admitting that his mining company is a clown show wouldn't help his cause any. In the end, it is not about compliance with rules and regulations, it is about how many billions he can dump before investors realize they have lost everything.

No wonder there is no picture of him on his website.
