OTHM's booking site is a fake. There is absolutely no argument to be made. There is no booking infrastructure in the website coding. It is plain HTML and is set on a deliberate infinity loop. Hotel Pure went out of business years ago. Every single property shown on that booking site no longer has any association with OTHM or Hotel Pure.

This is the company that was contracted to set up Daystar's booking sites and they own the engine software used.

Perhaps we should contact Streamline and inform them of OTHM's conflicting claims?

My explanation? Melvin, the CEO of Ovee, also the clown who has an extensive history with Pegasus and countless other fraud and pump and dump schemes over the past decade, was working for both Ovee and Daystar simultaneously when that website was established. That alone should explain things. Apparently his booking software (now OTHM's) was so bad, Daystar abandoned it and opted to use Streamline and list their properties with major booking companies.

And no.. Streamline prepares the entire booking site and has you log in through their proprietary control panel in order to manage it. It's not a standalone product, it is a maintained license that provides access to their services.

Streamline licensed THEIR PRODUCT to Daystar. Emphasis on the THEIR PRODUCT as in THEIR BOOKING ENGINE, NOT OTHM's, NOT Ovee's, NOT Hotel Pure's, NOT Hundley Associate's.. etc. In other words, Streamline got paid. That would probably explain why OTHM has NO REVENUES after over a year of "providing Daystar with their booking engine"

Melvin is the clown the set up Hundley Associates SRL to be a facilitator for running misleading PRs in order to sell shares of OTHM to line his pockets, as well as Hundley's and the clowns in Canada, whoever they may be. Either he is running the show over at OTHM or he simply saw an opportunity to use a fake company and his pathetic resources to throw together a convincing pile of garbage in order to screw over desperate investors who are incapable of doing even the bare minimum of due diligence.

His plan apparently fell through with the arrest of his daddy.. notice how he gave up on managing the Hundley Associates Facebook and disappeared from this board as the fraud charges exposed the character of the figurehead of his company. He FLIPPED THE SWITCH to Plan B.

Now OTHM is simply pumping out a bunch of FLUFFED UP and NONSENSE PRs with no useful or detailed information whatsoever to dump as many shares over time as possible until one of the following happens and they try again..

1. CEO resigns, new CEO comes in with amazing plan
2. Opportunity appears out of nowhere! Name change and business or industry change!
3. 1 billion shares dumped, R/S

Of course, IAW iHub policies, this is all just my opinion.. but trust me, I'm not wrong.

The hearings and investigations are to determine whether there was criminal intent behind his wrongdoings. If he is convicted of having malicious intent, he could face criminal charges. If not, he will have a hefty fine to pay.

By the way, I'll do all of us a favor and visit Corporate Capital Formation soon and check the place out. Maybe I can probe Coleman around a little bit. Maybe he knows where OTHM's office is. It is one of his entities after all. (1/1/2014)

I'm starting to see the big picture. I tried to book a reservation on their website and found that it is simply a fake booking site with no way to actually make a reservation at one of their properties. Even stranger is that they photoshopped their logo and brand name into pictures of hotels that are owned, managed, and supplied by completely different companies. (11/18/2013)
