First of all JZ sold less than 30% 0f his holdings which were mainly warrants..and even if he did this would hardly have been a pimple on an elephant's butt upside the largest insider sales in "industry history."

These were "scheduled sales" and any financial advisor would have signed off on this.

The FDA does not give a rat's ass about JZ's stock trades..Maybe the SEC, but not the FDA.
