so for the garden dudes.

i just gotta brag,

my recent jap. maple i rescued from under a bush at my uncles house (back in june) is in full red this fall. (it was all green) he's a whopping 2 feet tall, (everyone expected it to die) but has incredible color and structure. i was also gifted with two dogwood seedlings from a friend recently and they are doing well as well. there the rounded end leaf type.. i dunno if anyone will understand, not quite sure the flowering type, but being seedlings, that's a ways off, unless i run them indoors under light to speed it up.. but that is expensive.
