There are always two sides to every case. Are there any patents or other proprietary matters/contracts at state?

Could damages also include other moneies/awards that makes this more negative in event that QTMM loses?

Can anyone provide a rough summary of court/trial events and when a judgment is expected?

10 mil shares by itself is a big chunk but is QTMM possibly? proceeding carefully in not rushing/delaying good news to mitigate or lessen damages in case QTMM loses? Just asking?

If "Bob" didn't think he had a strong case, I would have assumed they'd settle before now?
Are there any other 'surprises' out there that new shareholders should be aware of either legal or otherwise?

Thanks for any input as I intend to be a long time shareholder but am concerned give recent decline of SP.
