So a P&D scam merges with a fake company that was set up in January. Neither company has any properties or contracts. Oh btw, the fake company is entirely owned by Melvin Pereira, a serial scammer who calls Pat Hundley his daddy. Did you know that Melvin Pereira traveled to Hundley's Michigan home shortly after Hundley was thrown in prison? I would sure hate to associate OTHM with Pat Hundley any further.
