#2 - what would the SEC have to do with KMAG deciding to put the audited fins on its own website?
#3 - ask the SEC? that is an odd take on the concept of the burden of proof. It is up to Jr to prove what he said...he is the one that asserted it. If the SEC is the bad guy and corrupt...then it would follow asking them is pointless. Why doesn't JR take advantage of the opportunity to shown that they are in the wrong...?
#4 - don't even know where the SEC comes into that one.
