I have no desire to see Sarissa go to 1 cent however I do have a desire to hear / see specifics as to the funding arrangement vis a vis - commitment / cash.

With the reorganization efforts that are seemingly underway my expectation is that Niostar, as a stand alone entity, will be a stable and well structured Company. I desire to know that have the financial wherewithal to achieve such a lofty goal.
