They can't distribute the juice until they have the Dept of AG license........I am still waiting for the proof they can't get licensing...........It sure seems they are still working on the testing and inspections to me.

As far as the health bars.....no one in FPFI or HS had anything to do with the health bars. totally different mgmt. company and totally different business.

I wished they would have gotten the juice to market, it could have been fun, but reality at this point says it was never in the plans and will never get to where FPFI claimed it would be.

That sure sounds more like opinion than reality. The email sent out is reality per the company. My earlier post of the multitude for potential corporate fraud that would lead them to be shut down by the SEC and be on the losing end of lawsuits tells me that they very likely are working on getting the juice to market but again that is just my opinion FWIW.
