again, sounds like regurgitated news. esp if u listened to bgg's latest audio cast. the article talks about a parliament committee and there has not been a new one formed for the new parliament yet. More evidence of old regurgitated news which Iraq is famous for, change the date and republish this stuff, over and over again.

In terms of cash that ISIS got in Mosul it is not as much as claimed, Mosul had been moaning forever about needing currency. Hence their banks had little when they were overrun imo.
