So, I guess you're saying you believe the CEO is currently 'diluting'?

...that's acceptable: if trying to 'raise capital' for development and/or launch of a product...

Otherwise: a major increase in the AS doesn't necessarily indicate 'dilution' (but an increase in the OS will!). Keep an eye on L2 (@ VFIN, VERT, etc.) for any 'major' or 'prolonged' share-selling.

But I will say this: CEO's (& BODs) don't *usually* increase the share structure, to not 'sell shares'.
