Already sells off-label, as my 3 yr old scrip is one - my neuro was an early adopter of N 
Luckily for me, the odd health issues that I used N to address (not PBA) have improved greatly - eventually figured out what was actually causing the problem(s), still have caps left from the first fill - but boy, when I needed it, it worked great. Just wishing I wouldn't have bailed on this in both accounts I had owned it - dumb move, shoulda kept one position.
