The market could be going up, down, or sideways-there are only two things that are going to influence the price of PVCT.

1. The MOU-if anything is agreed upon the value of the stock will reflect this. My concern is that Craig Dees or someone else will not accept the financial terms thinking PVCT should receive more money. Hopefully PVCT advisers will provide guidance concerning this matter.

2. Results of the phase 3 trial. If the results are positive the value of PVCT climbs.

Other than that nothibg really matters. People can look at charts, graphs etc. all they want. That will predict nothing concerning the long range value of this company.
