I'm sure he listens to strangers all of the time. It just sucks, as last time the patent PR was released, there was a surge of buying 20 min before hand. He has released a PR on a Saturday and after hours. Maybe there's a reason for when he releases it. I believe they stage it within the news source, so they release it at that time.
