Stir up endless talks about a huge reverse merger deal.

Talk to the guy. Between his continual "you know what I mean" lines, he will go on and on about big "deals" and "upcoming reverse mergers".

The guy is just a sleazy con man.

He has actually ruined some decent companies.

LBYE appearing to be one of them.

I would love for Art Roy to release a blog update about the subject of Timothy Smith's involvment with LBYE. IF they have managed to run him off, things could yet be salvaged.
