One person with deep pockets can run this to a penny, IMHO. If several come in at once, multiple pennies should not be hard to see. Look how it slides up with just minor volume.

As the audit is finished, the Canadians come back on board, PR's are released... I, IMHO, believe we're going to see a lot of people shallow and deep pockets both are grabbing for whatever they can get.
