Ask Dan directly if you want answers. Posting repetitive questions on a message board will not suffice.

As I responded to you earlier. The funds appear to me to be available to move the project forward in a "funding" method not in a "here are the funds" method. Therefore as the project progress funds will be supplied as needed.

If this does not answer your question go directly to IR and report back. I would like to hear Dan's response as well.
