FWDG has decided to reward our loyal shareholders by distributing the URVape share dividend prior to the actual spin-off. The decision was based on research on current SEC and FINRA filing and approval process in which we have found them to be lengthy. We believe this pre-spin-off distribution would protect our shareholders from the process and time to complete. Much like the Company's insiders, you, our shareholders, will become outright owners of the company; URVape. The distribution will not slow down the actual spin-off process. More to come on the 8K.
