Forget the proforma numbers just look at PG 20 and 21 of the 10q, which tells us there is 600k and 1.1M (3 And 6M) in one time expenses related to the acquisition in my opinion. My original numbers were too high, because I didn't factor in the private placement, but a stock around $3.40 is intriguing that has and easy comp, big backlog increase, posted a .10 quarter with the new shares included, and should post .12-.15 this quarter with and uptick in sales. And they won't be paying taxes for years in my opinion. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
