Correction, I didn't account for the public offering they did in july, which actually alleviates my concern about the balance sheet. Earnings were about .10 on the pro forma front then. But Still a .12-.15 quarter possible .50-.60 business could trade at a PE of 10. Although I want to leave the correct info, it changes my opinion very little because I still think ARTX is very undervalued, with the increased backlog, and although earning with be a little lower, balance sheet is also much healthier, plus we are getting in at a better price then the people did at the $3.50 placement. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
