Yes. I am still checking on this one. I spoke with Dale and Eck today. Several assets may still be discovered. Lenders slice of the pie has been cut in half separate of liquidation. Insurance may provide a settlement; meeting next week. Currently no money to pursue lawsuits. Lawyers still engaged though. There is a small possibility shareholders/bag holders could still receive part of any insurance or lawsuit settlement. Insurance settlement could be up to 15 million. Following this one has taught me much.
