I don't understand it either. In fact a pps of $ 0.10 is to low when regarding the sales of APDN. When I compare with other penny stocks with same sales numbers or even lower. These companies have pps from $ 0.15 to $ 0.25. Look at a penny stock company as Cytosorbents (CTSO).

There is so much negativity on the APDN boards. If these kind of people determine the pps, I can imagine the price is below 10 cents.
