They have cash, inventory, etc as reflected on the 10q. Why would they file chapter 11 they don't have any debt so why would I be concerned about that right now? Down the road I would be concerned about bankruptcy.

The only debt they have is pretty much shareholder debt that really only affects us. I'll look at the 10q tonight and post more details about my opinion but from what I remember that's my concern is the stock price not chapter 11
