RE: SHAREHOLDERS MEETING OCTOBER 16, 2014

I will be attending the Liquidmetal shareholders meeting on October 16, 2014 and I will be taking detailed notes. I will share my findings on my Facebook page at CIMA Equities LLC at https://www.facebook.com/cimallc

I will also ask management in advance if I can video tape the ENGEL machine during their demonstration.

I will try to get all of our questions, but if I receive too many questions I'm thinking I will post the questions back on iHub in a numerical sequence so we can vote on which questions are most important to us (shareholders).

Thanks tvasile. One thing I would like to know: Now that the Apple Watch is officially revealed, is there anything that would prevent LQMT from disclosing whether it's manufactured using any of the CIP patents?
